Never a complaint about this resort. Clean rooms, great staff and beautiful grounds is all you need on vacation. The Pelican Tour specialist in the lobby Nashya is the best!!! We are traveling as a group of 12 from 1 in a wheelchair to a 3 year old girl. She suggested different activities for all and did not disappoint! Her patience and knowledge was incredible! We were trying desperately to change a reservation at a restaurant and she kept trying with no answer. She went home after hours and got through... she kept working even when not there! Really went beyond expectations!
Just wanted to give a shout out to all of my friends at Aruba Beach Club after my most recent stay! Between both Casa Del Mar and ABC both were fantastic from being neat, clean and accommodating to their service throughout. They don't miss a beat and it was good to be back! Special shout out to my boy Jorn at the bar near the pool (& all the guys there!) They handle the crowd and demand with such pleasure and ease! Always professional! It was a pleasure watching World Cup with you fellas (& my son who you made feel like one of the boys) although England lost a "rigged" game lol. Another A++ stay in one of the most beautiful places on the island made and kept that way because of the people there!
Loved that the resort is beach front. Great hapoy hour. Love the pool and water aerobics.
What a beautiful way to spend vacation. And you have to visit Micha at the bar! She brings the energy and is such a great person!
The resort is very conveniently located to a supermarket, several restaurants, walkable to Palm Beach center, and of course Eagle Beach, especially if you don't have a car. The rooms were pretty spacious, with plenty of shelf and leaving space for the 4 of us. Bathroom was also very large and updated. The kitchen to have breakfast was very convenient as well. The room was clean and could be serviced on demand or daily. There was a musky smell for some reason, which as we learned later wasn't present in other rooms (our friends stayed at the resor too). The resort has couple of pool areas and activities offered throughout the day. We really utilized the beach palapas associated with the resort. The beach itself, of coure, is ideal, albeit somewhat crowded (but it was winter break after all). Overall a good stay.
