Interior and Ambiance:

As you step into Las Ramblas, the warm and inviting ambiance immediately transports you to a Mediterranean escape. The decor reflects the rustic charm of a Spanish hacienda. With terracotta tiles, wrought-iron accents, and vibrant splashes of color that echo the hues of the Aruban landscape. The restaurant’s design seamlessly blends Spanish elegance with the laid-back Caribbean vibe. Creating a perfect setting for a memorable dining experience.

Culinary Delights:

Las Ramblas prides itself on its diverse menu that showcases the best of both worlds – Spanish and Aruban flavors harmoniously combined. Begin your culinary adventure with traditional Spanish tapas. Featuring patatas bravas, gambas al ajillo, and chorizo a la sidra. For the main course, indulge in mouthwatering paella prepared with a Caribbean twist, incorporating fresh seafood sourced from the crystal-clear waters surrounding the island.

Sip on handcrafted sangrias or choose from an extensive selection of wines carefully curated to complement the flavors of the dishes. The attentive and knowledgeable staff is more than happy to guide you through the menu. Ensuring a personalized dining experience.

The atmosphere and entertainment was five stars. The scallops were great. The steak good and the lobster bisque is not good at all. The service is a bit slow, but the live entertainment was great, so it made the wait much more enjoyable.

The food was amazing, the staff were happy to see us and the live music was awesome! Last night there was a violinist and tonight there was a guitar player with such diverse talent! Ernesto Ferro was really great! This was our most favorite dinner on Aruba!

Great food, amazing sunset views, friendly staff, nice outdoor seating, vibe is relaxing with the live guitarist playing a variety of music, very good touch! We Absolutely love this place, have been coming here for over 15 years and it's our home away from home, Las Ramblas is our first stop for dinner and our last sunset dinner before going back home. Would definitely recommend this restaurant. Make a reservation just to make sure you get in on time.

We had dinner here this evening and it was wonderful! The atmosphere was lovely, they were kid-friendly, the waiter and wait staff was so kind, and the food was delicious. Highly recommend if you are wanting dinner with a beach view!

Excellent service, Danny was friendly & attentive and is great for sunset views. The food overall is good, the highlight for us was the grilled calamari. The mains, Caribbean Shrimp & Grouper were very good. A nice slice of carrot cake and chocolate cake at the end we're both moist and tasty. The only disappointment was the rice, which seemed to have a aftertaste. (No pix of the mains unfortunately)
