Meeting & Pick up:
- This tour includes pick-up service from most hotels, choose your location during booking. If your location is not listed, you can choose the closest hotel to you.
- Start time: 02:00 PM
- Pick up time: Your pick up time will be confirmed after booking
What to bring:
- Arrive wearing your swimsuit underneath comfortable clothes
- Towel
- Reef Safe Sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat or visor
- Camera
- Shoes suitable for rocky terrain
- Reusable water bottle (a water tank is provided for refills)
- Extra cash for restroom use (most locations accept cash only)
Additional information:
- Not recommended for guests who are: Pregnant, have back, neck, lung, kidney, or mobility issues.
- Guests must be able to: Enter and exit the Jeep independently, walk on uneven terrain.
- Motorized scooters and wheelchairs are not permitted on this tour.
Refund and Cancellation Policy:
- A cancellation up to 24 hours prior to departure of the tour entitles the guest to a 100% refund.
- Less than 24 hours prior to departure, the guest receives no refund unless due to illness accompanied by a valid doctor's statement.
- In case of illness, only the person who is ill will receive a 100% refund. Other participants within the same booking that cancel the tour will not receive a refund unless otherwise decided by the supplier depending on the circumstances.
- No-shows, or if you miss the tour because you are too late, and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity will be charged the full price.
- In case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances the tour will be rescheduled, if rescheduling is not possible or the new time is inconvenient for you, a full refund will be issued.
