The Ritz-Carlton Aruba

My husband and I recently enjoyed a wonderful week-long stay at The Ritz-Carlton Aruba in a Club Level King Room overlooking the ocean and Palm Beach. From the moment we arrived, the service was truly exceptional. Prior to our stay, I had exchanged emails with Christian, one of the Club Concierge, and he was there to personally greet us upon arrival. Although our original room did not offer the privacy we had hoped for, Christian & Sergio, another Concierge, went above and beyond to find us the perfect room. They even offered a one-bedroom suite, but knowing I wanted a view looking down the beach, we ultimately were offered a beautiful oceanfront room that exceeded our expectations. We were greeted in our room with champagne, a fruit basket, and a thoughtful anniversary card to welcome us. The Club Lounge was one of the highlights of our stay. We enjoyed delicious breakfasts and lunches there daily, often stopped in for afternoon snacks and cocktails, and occasionally ended the evening with a digestif. The food and variety were excellent. But what made the experience so special was the staff. By our second day, they all knew us by name and anticipated our needs before we even asked. A special thank you to the Club Concierges, Christian, Sergio, and Giva, as well as the attendants Celia, Agnes, Zion, Min, Siegmar, and Zahir, whose warmth and attentiveness made us feel genuinely valued. Shoutout also to the lady behind the scenes, Arelys. The service throughout the resort was outstanding. The beach staff, especially Jean Claude, took excellent care of us each day. We loved the convenience of beach service and the prompt delivery of food and cocktails. The adult pool staff were equally friendly and attentive. We had a nice chat with Vernes, a pool attendant one day and really enjoyed hearing about some of the Islands history. Smiley, in service, was always ready to take our order:) Dining was another highlight. We had an excellent dinner at BLT Steak, where both the food and service were exceptional, and thoroughly enjoyed our evening at Noori. Having stayed at many Ritz-Carlton properties throughout the Caribbean, North America, and Europe, we can honestly say that the service at The Ritz-Carlton Aruba ranks among the very best we have experienced. Every staff member we encountered seemed genuinely committed to making our stay memorable. We left with wonderful memories and look forward to returning in the future.

My husband and I love this hotel so much that we came back a second time within 7 months. We celebrated our anniversary during our first trip and we just left after celebrating a birthday for our second trip. What makes this place so magical is the staff. These people are so kind, welcoming, and friendly. During these last two trips we felt like we really locked in good friends. The Ritz is also insanely clean with staff constantly cleaning bathrooms and common areas. The room was spotless and smelled fresh. I live for the spa - everyone is friendly and the space is so peaceful. There are amazing fresh scrubs to use as you please. Miss Maxine was so kind to me everyday when I went in for some relaxation. The gym is clean and has a great selection of everything you need to get a full workout in. We had Breakfast daily at the breakfast buffet in Solanio downstairs where we laughed with our friend Frank who we had the pleasure of getting to know during our first visit. Frank and the amazing servers and cooks made our mornings so special with their warm smiles and attentiveness. Charleen, Bryan, and Lynn are so wonderful. Them and seemingly the whole team remembered us from our last visit! We loved the fresh fruits, the walk up egg station, the assortment of pastries, and the chia pudding!! Jose and the beach bus is a non-negotiable when enjoying the beach or pool. He has perfected his craft as every drink you get from him is delicious and worth every penny. Nori Sushi Bar is so good. We had dinner there during our first trip, which we loved. Coming back their menu had expanded which was exciting and equally as delicious as the first time. This trip we tried the steak house on property - BLT Steak. So good and our server Gregorio was so professional and sweet. We had amazing appetizers and such delicious steaks that it was worth the hefty price tag. People told us it was the best steak house on the island and after that meal we both believed it. Can’t wait to go back! We spent most of the trip at the beach and were happy to see familiar faces outside too! Ely is so fun and funny laughing riding around on her segway. Ely, Harold, and Fedy took great care of us making sure we were okay and having a good time. It was also so lovely seeing Shaniqua and her beautiful smile at the beach hut! We missed out on seeing Chris this trip, but during our first stay at the Ritz he made sure we had what we needed every day and made a fantastic impression on us, and is one of the reasons we wanted to come back. The service and attention you get from the staff at the Ritz is truly top notch. And in addition to that, we noticed when we asked the staff how they were doing their smiles got ten times bigger. Learning about the staff and where they come from was a huge treat! We love this place and can’t wait to come back. It has truly become a happy place for us.

My wife and I go there every year, actually, this year we did go twice. And it's always getting better. We have the upstairs concierge service. Restaurant at the top. I love it. It's definitely worth doing the service at the pool is excellent. The staffing all the way around keeps improving all the time. I don't think I met anybody that didn'tsay. Hi, how are you or are you having a good time? Is there anything else we can do for you? That's this level of service that I expect, and that's what we get.

Each morning started perfectly thanks to Juby at breakfast. Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care set the tone for every day. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and remembered, and her energy was simply incredible. Eduardo at the beach delivered impeccable service throughout our stay. From taking care of our cabana to anticipating every need before we even asked, he made our beach days seamless and memorable. His attention to detail and friendly personality elevated the entire experience. A special thank you as well to Sabrina at BLT Steak, who was an absolute superstar. Her service, knowledge, and personality made our dining experience one of the highlights of the trip. Honorable mentions also go to Greg and the entire team at the main lobby bar. Every interaction there felt welcoming, polished, and fun. It quickly became one of our favorite spots at the resort thanks to the outstanding team. The Ritz-Carlton Aruba delivered luxury in every sense, but it’s the people and personalized service that truly made this experience special. We cannot wait to return.
