Reembolso y cancelación:

Las cancelaciones efectuadas hasta 24 horas antes de la salida del viaje dan derecho a un reembolso del 100%.
Menos de 24 horas antes de la salida, el cliente no recibirá ningún reembolso a menos que se deba a una enfermedad acompañada de un certificado médico válido.
En caso de enfermedad, sólo se reembolsará el 100% a la persona enferma. Los demás participantes de la misma reserva que cancelen el viaje no recibirán ningún reembolso, a menos que el proveedor decida lo contrario en función de las circunstancias.
Los participantes que no se presenten o que pierdan la excursión por llegar demasiado tarde, así como las cancelaciones efectuadas con menos de 24 horas de antelación a la actividad programada, deberán abonar el precio íntegro.
En caso de cancelación por parte del operador debido a condiciones meteorológicas u otras circunstancias imprevistas, la excursión se reprogramará. Si no es posible reprogramarla o la nueva hora no le conviene, se le reembolsará el importe íntegro.

I usually come to Aruba every year and used to stay at the Divi Phoenix. Now that I kids myself, I usually stay at the Holiday Inn. I’ve been staying there the past 3 years. Staff is great! The food is very good. Getting the all inclusive option is key since I have little kids. It’s definitely worth it! It’s also very close to the beach and town, which is very convenient.

Went here as a couple for our first time in Aruba. Can't beat the location of this place, and its more affordable than other hotels in the area. The location is very central, creating opportunities to walk around the town and have many restaurant options within walking distance. Breakfast buffet has a nice spread and was a highlight. Reservations are recommended for dinners at the hotel. Pool seating is oddly limited, but there are many available spots at the beach only steps away and chairs can be moved to accommodate groups. The hotel is older. The gym and interior is outdated but as a trade-off, the total space was nice and included a balcony (tower 7).

We loved our stay at The Holiday Inn Aruba. The hotel is very clean. The food and drinks were excellent. Highly recommend doing the all inclusive. The beach is stunning with clear turquoise water and powder soft sand. We would def stay at The Holiday Inn Aruba again. Shout out to Hugo, Smitty, Jhon, Juliette, Roy, Victor, Jimmy, and many other fabulous staff!!

My wife and I had our 40th wedding anniversary celebration here February 14th to the 20th 2026. We were pleased with all aspects of the hotel. The only complaint I had was when swimming off the beach, there was a slight sewage smell in the water. I know Aruba has some sewage issues overall and hopefully it will be remedied in the future.

We had another great stay at the Holiday Inn Aruba Resort. We visited as a couple and spent a week there in mid-November. Just like on previous trips, the experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff are genuinely welcoming and always ready to help. The property is kept in great shape — everything feels clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, including the rooms. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet every morning. The selection is broad, the made-to-order omelets are a nice touch, and the self-serve coffee machines make it easy to get the style you like. The location is another big plus. It’s right on Palm Beach, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and local attractions just a short walk away, so you never feel far from anything you might want to do. Overall, it was another relaxing and enjoyable stay, and we will definitely return.
