I was recently in Aruba for my 50th birthday and our Airbnb host recommended Dining Memories for private chef services. I’m glad I went with their advice. Lerjan and his Dining Memories team did an amazing job preparing my birthday dinner. We also used them the very next day to make breakfast for me and my 11 guests. Everyone was so friendly and the food was delicious. The presentation and service was top notch. They took care of everything from start to finish and the presentation was beautiful. I would highly recommend Dining Memories if you need a private chef in Aruba. They are the best!

Dining Memories was truly one of the highlights of our four-day Aruba trip celebrating my husband’s 40th birthday! Planning for 16 guests across two Airbnbs, I needed a private chef team that could handle a large group and multiple services seamlessly—and Chef Lerjan and his amazing team exceeded every expectation. I contacted Chef Lerjan about six months in advance, and communication was consistently professional and responsive. We booked three services: a delicious welcome BBQ, an incredible three-course poolside birthday dinner, and a farewell brunch before heading to the airport. Their attention to the smallest details really stood out. We loved the custom menus created for both the welcome BBQ and three-course dinner. We also coordinated their preferred mobile bartender, birthday cake, and décor/tablescape vendors directly through Dining Memories. Although multiple vendors were involved, everything worked together seamlessly. The absolute highlight was my husband’s 40th birthday dinner. I had provided the decorator with a mood board and inspiration images for my vision, and they executed it absolutely perfectly—it was BEAUTIFUL! The poolside décor, tablescape, three-course meal, birthday cake, and tableside bartender service all came together better than I could have imagined. And our group still cannot stop talking about the Dominican codfish plantain cups served with the appetizers! Even when our group ran a little behind schedule, the team was patient, accommodating, and never made us feel rushed. And I have to highlight the members of Chef Lerjan’s team—I only wish I knew everyone’s names! The care, attention to detail, warm smiles, and willingness to accommodate our group were phenomenal. Every interaction felt genuine and welcoming. They truly understand hospitality and provided top-tier service throughout our stay. Thank you to our Airbnb host, Bocobay, for recommending Dining Memories—we completely understand why they are a preferred private chef team. We would recommend them without hesitation and absolutely book them again whenever we return to Aruba!

I don’t often write reviews but I think it’s important to give credit when it’s deserved. My family and I traveled to Aruba in May of 2026 to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday. I wanted to have a dinner at home prepared by professional chefs and begin the process of searching. From the moment I reached out to Dining Memories they were responsive, patient and courteous. I was happy with their customer service and even more pleased when I tasted the food they prepared. We had had a delicious dinner and a couple days later, breakfast prepared by this team of professionals. I want to thank them for their hard work and dedication. It’s easy to tell that they love what they do. Everything was yummy and well-plates from the appetizers to the the birthday cake. Thank you for the memories!

My private Chef Kristal was the absolute best! So sweet and attentive. The food was so tasty and delicious. Chef Kristal had wonderful conversation and she made everything very easy. This was my fist time in Aruba July 2026 and I will absolutely be back for the island and the dining memories experience. Thank you again for the wonderful service. 💙

I had a welcome breakfast reserved for my families first morning in Aruba. They were absolutely phenomenal! From start to finish, made this tired mama a wonderful coffee, plus the food was devoured by my picky 2 year old daughter. I cannot thank them enough for such a great experience.
