Fusion Cuisine Aruba Restaurant & Bar

Food was great. We ordered the calamari with garlic tartar and tenderloin. The calamari had a very good size not to small and its crunchy texture was perfect. The tenderloin (medium done) with the saus was good it came with rice and salade with avocado. The rice had a flavor in it that i loved and im no avocado fan but that one was delicious.🥰. We will def go back. Only the karaoke bar right besides this restaurant was way toooo loud. The service was great we went around 10.30 p.m. on a saturday night and we still could get a seat to eat other restarants nearby were already closed or you could only order drinks. We order virgin pina colada and a rum coke the pjna colada had a good taste so did the rum coke with lical rum which wasnt to strong it had a soft taste so it wasnr overwhelming. We didnt have to wait very long for the food to be served. Overall we were very satisfied. Thank you fusion cuisine🥰

Seating is on the side walk between the street and the shops. You feel you’re in the middle of the action. There’s music from the nearby shops. This restaurant offers multiple cuisines, Japanese, Tex-Mex, Italian and American. My son had fettuccine carbonara. Good but not the authentic carbonara. I’ve been to Italy 3 times as well as living in Europe for 22 years. I had poke bowl, a bit sweet to my taste but enough salmon and tuna to keep me happy. For appetizer, we had fried calamari and they were really good. We also ordered nacho with ground beef but not enough cheese. Total was $108 for the fettuccine carbonara, two poke bowl, nacho and fried calamari. Service charges is almost everywhere at 15% to 20%. Total was $124.

So I cancelled my very expensive reservation and came here instead and let me tell you it did not disappoint. It’s located in the mall area so you have a view of the hustle and bustle which I personally love. The World Cup game was on and it felt like a homey atmosphere. Good was delicious. We had the Japanese side of the menu and the sushi was outrageous. Surprisingly very good. The highlight of my dinner was Gardenia- our server. Aruba is hot and I’m not a fan of the heat and she was extremely accommodating. She even brought a bag of ice out to me to help. She was a bundle of positive energy. I would come solely because of her service whenever I’m back in Aruba. Thank you Gardenia!!

I can speak for the food I ordered, which was different types of sushi and nachos. Let me tell you, it was simply amazing. The salmon was very fresh and the taste was remarkable. Combined with great customer service, this is definitely a restaurant I recommend. The bartender was awesome. Every night I came down, he addressed me by my name and knew EXACTLY what I wanted. That….is what customer service is all about. He knew his customers and I felt like my business mattered. Honestly, it was a great experience and would I return? That would be an emphatic YES and would recommend you go visit.

Went to this restaurant at 10pm on a whim. It was one of the only places opened and willing to sit us. The restaurant was empty and usually fusion food in a tourist area throw me off but I ended up pleasantly surprised. My partner and I ordered the fish ceviche to start which was one of my favs so far on my trip. For entrees we got the poke bowl and the fish tacos. The poke bowl was delicious and the tacos were hardy. I was very surprised how fresh everything tasted and although the types of food we ordered were culturally diverse, I was surprised at the authenticity and I couldn’t be happier that I tried this place. I left happy and full. I would recommend this place to anyone.
