Radisson Blu Aruba

Great location, close to everything and just a 3 minute walk to the beach. Great service, staff has very attentive and helpful. Their recommendations were on point. Peter was awesome, always willing to help and joke around. Janelke was very friendly and close. Juan was very attentive to us, especially at the beach. Finally, an Elsa was very nice and always aware of everything we needed. All of these people made our stay way better

Our stay was amazing! My fiancé coordinated with the hotel to propose to me on their rooftop and it was amazing. Peter was so helpful and accommodating. The rooms were very spacious, updated and were cleaned every day by the staff. The infinity pool was beautiful and calm. I got a massage at the Spa with Yasmine and it was amazing. The location is really convenient, it’s walking distance to the Palm Beach strip. We loved our stay!

An absolutely unforgettable stay at the Radisson Blu Aruba! From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were greeted with such genuine warmth, kindness, and hospitality. Our entire stay was wonderful, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for. A very special thank you to Peter, who deserves an extra shoutout! He was absolutely incredible from the moment we arrived. Peter made sure every detail of our stay was delightful and consistently checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made such a difference and truly set the tone for our entire trip. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and genuinely wants guests to have an amazing experience. We also want to recognize Jaynah, Rogiaane, Janelke, Tshawne, Dondre, Zurielle, and Santos for their wonderful hospitality and friendly service throughout our stay. Every interaction made us feel welcomed and appreciated. The Radisson Blu Aruba is lucky to have such an amazing team. We came to Aruba for a vacation, but the hospitality made the experience even more special. The Radisson Blu Aruba was perfect for my husband and I and our family (3 kids aged 15, 19 and 21). The facility is beautiful and clean - our room was amazing! Three bedrooms, three and a half baths, full kitchen, dining area and living room. Beautiful view of the island. The pool areas are gorgeous, we never had a problem getting chairs and the water was perfect. I cannot say enough about the staff - Janelke at the front desk was incredible. The hotel was busy but she was super attentive - she greeted my husband and I by name every time she saw us and checked in to see if there was anything we needed. I must mention Peter, Raisa, Jaynah, Mathias, and Santos - again, super attentive, always helpful and checking in to see if we needed anything. They helped make our vacation so relaxed. Easy walk to the beach, but there is a shuttle available when you would like a ride there or back. Right off the downtown area of Noord in the Cove, we walked to restaurants and casinos every night. We will definitely be staying here again when we return to Aruba. Highly recommend!

My experience at Radisson Blu Aruba was disappointing. I have been traveling to Aruba for over 10 years and have been staying at a nearby hotel where the staff was consistently and genuinely friendly. I decided to stay at the Radisson Blu Aruba this year for the size of the rooms. The rooms did not disappoint. They were very spacious and clean. But the front desk staff were not very welcoming and very unfriendly. Upon checking-in the staff member who assisted me was extremely rude and was passive aggressive. This really set a negative tone for the start of my vacation. This overall unfriendly demeanor by most of the staff was consistent throughout my 9-day stay. Front desk staff spent more time at front desk huddling around each other joking around or on their mobile phones instead of assisting guests. Great hospitality is something that should be second nature or expected in the hotel service industry. Being that I did this for several years. Unfortunately, I did not receive this overall at the Radisson Blu Aruba. This hotel is simply not service-oriented. The only consistently excellent service we received came from the bell staff and housekeeping staff. Peter, Dondre, Santos and Nelsa were awesome. Thank you for being friendly, warm, hospitable, attentive, and responsive during my stay. Beyond that, service was disappointing. If you are looking for superb guest experience, I would recommend staying elsewhere.
