One of the best part of our Aruba experience! Our server Angela was absolutely amazing! We stayed at the same hotel so not surprised about the great service! We knew that we would be tired of local seafood places by end of our stay so timing was perfect! Now on to the food, Angela recommended the burrata board with assorted cheeses, anti paste, condiments and sourdough. It was fabulous. The beet and arugula salad was yummy! We ordered 3 types of pastas, all hand made and perfectly done! We had no space for dessert 😂 Highly recommend for an Italian experience at the resort.

Andre was so lovely and made our experience absolutely excellent! Drinks and food were delicious and atmosphere was gorgeous. Everyone we were in contact with went above and beyond! The guitarist was also an excellent touch we loved listening to him

Our server Joshua was very sweet and all the staff was excellent. The food was amazing. From the appetizers to dinner all the way down to desert. 10/10 definitely recommend coming here. They also had a live musician on the guitar and he was amazing.

Everything that we’ve tried during our day at the Ritz Carlton has spectacular! The service was also exceptional and they usually have a musician playing music in the garden that is close by so the atmosphere is excellent

I’d like to first make sure I shout out our AMAZING waiter, Mario! He was professional, but personable, very kind and attentive without being over bearing. Truly one of the best waiters we’ve ever had! He even got me a warm scarf because I was cold. To the food- the calamari was delicious. We loved the big rings and how tender they were. Our dinners were lackluster. I got the lobster raviolis and found that a lot of the lobster meat was tough. My husband got a special that had vodka sauce and seafood, in penne pasta. We were told the pasta was homemade and it definitely was not. The vodka sauce was very flavorful but way too runny. For two pasta dishes, it took over an hour for them to come out of the kitchen, and it was not a busy night either. Lastly, the AC is a huge problem. I understand having to keep the restaurant cool, but I could feel the air blowing on my shoulders and I was freezing the entire time. We noticed afew other people complained and even one family asked to be moved outside. Overall, we won’t return because we enjoyed the Italian more at faro blanco and found that over 200 dollars for a simple dinner that did not wow us, was not worth it.
