Victoria City Hotel

Stayed here in April of this year. Room was not like the picture of the room I purchased. Room was the first in the main hall and the door did not even look like the others. I think before it may have been used for an office or closet and they converted to a room. Like I said, it was NOT like the picture. I declined room service on the first day so I could sleep in, but they never came back any other day. I had spilled something on my sheets and needed new ones and the lady did not understand. She handed me the sheets for me to change myself. I was shocked. The sheets are like sandpaper. There was a hair on my pillow when I arrived as well. The shower was so tiny in my room. I weigh 130lbs and could only get into the shower by turning sideways. I would not recommend staying here. If you are trying to save money, there are way better options in your budget than this place.

The hotel and place was absolutely wonderful. We could not be happier with our stay!! They were helpful from the beginning, with anything and everything. From breakfast, to taxis, to coffee, everything was absolutely wonderful. The location of the hotel was perfect. Close walking distance to all the restaurants, malls, shops, and more. When we come back we plan to stay here again. A huge thank you to all staff at the hotel.

The Victoria City Hotel was a cute boutique style hotel. Located within a10 min walk to Surfside Beach. A quick walk to the free trolley as well as shopping and tons of Beach side restaurants. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Our stay at Victoria City Hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming—they truly go above and beyond to make you feel at home. The breakfast was top-notch—fresh, homemade, and prepared with so much care and love. It felt personal and authentic, not just a standard hotel meal. The people here are fantastic, the rooms are modern, stylish, and very affordable, which makes the experience even better. Since it’s a new place, everything feels fresh, clean, and thoughtfully designed. If you’re visiting Aruba and want a comfortable, warm, and great-value stay, Victoria City Hotel is definitely a place I’d highly recommend. We’ll definitely be back!

Very nice hotel located conveniently in downtown Oranjestad. Friendly, helpful staff, very clean common areas and rooms. Our room was quite small and scantily furnished, and the bed was a bit hard. Nice if tight bathroom, no counter space. Overall a good deal. Great restaurant attached for conveniently breakfast and lunch.
