Fusion Restaurant Wine & Piano Bar

We made a reservation and were promptly seated upon arrival. The décor and ambiance were both welcoming and relaxing, creating an enjoyable dining atmosphere. We began with a specialty Old Fashioned, which was presented in a smoking chamber—an impressive and memorable touch. For our appetizer, we ordered the chorizo and shrimp croquettes. While flavorful and well-portioned, the dish featured very small rock shrimp, and we did not notice a distinct presence of chorizo. For our entrées, we ordered the 16 oz ribeye and the petite filet. Both were cooked to perfection and were exceptionally delicious; however, the steak served as a ribeye appeared to be more consistent with a strip cut. We also ordered parmesan fries and mushrooms as sides, both of which were outstanding. Our server was attentive, thoughtful, and helpful throughout the evening. As we were celebrating an anniversary, the restaurant kindly provided a complimentary crème brûlée, which was a perfect ending to an otherwise excellent dining experience.

Such a great place! Service (Alexandria) was very friendly and very attentive overall excellent, the Food is excellent and the entertainment (Pianist) was excellent! Definitely recommend the Steak and Salmon, one of the best steak I’ve had in a very long time. Definitely will recommend and be looking forward to returning.

This is a restaurant you MUST dine at! The vibe, service, and food are exceptional, truly top tier!! My family and I visit Aruba every year and usually dine here multiple times per trip! It’s REALLY that DELICIOUS! All of the staff are wonderful. This trip we were lucky enough to have Fatima wait on us both times. She couldn’t have done anything more, it was pure perfection! She even made sure we had a surprise dessert to celebrate our Anniversary!!

A bit pricey but the food was amazing! The service was great as well! The cocktails we made with great care. There’s nothing like cooking on green eggs! What a great experience!

Came here for our honeymoon in Aruba January 2026. MiguelAngel recommended the ribeye which we ordered. We got the local vibe drink & a smoked old fashioned. We also got a very special drink, which featured a fresh lychee. Unfortunately, we do forget the name of the drink. For our sides we got the truffle mac and the gratin potatoes. The pianist was lovely as well. Everything was amazing and the service was great! All in all if you are wondering if this is a restaurant, you should choose please do not hesitate and make sure you have dinner here, the food is phenomenal but the service and the way you feel eating this meal makes it that much better.
