Absolutely amazing dinner with Chef Jim! He was able to cater to dietary restrictions which was super helpful. He walked us through each dish, and the Caribbean Asian fusion vibe that evening was incredible. I am still dreaming about his sauces! Such a special evening having him cook for us, 15/10 recommend!

While we ate out at many wonderful Aruban restaurants, having Chef Jim come to our private villa was one of the greatest meal experiences we have had in Aruba……he delivered a most exceptional & memorable dining evening with our party of four adults. All four courses prepared and served to our group were on point and executed flawlessly. The dish selections, the sauces, the colors were all so vivid and packed with incredible flavors…..they were a true work of art. Chef Jim is polished culinary craftsman and will turn your Aruban rental home or villa into a 3 star Michelin restaurant. We highly recommend.

We had the pleasure of having Jim cook an amazing four course dinner at our villa in Aruba for my son’s proposal dinner to his fiancé. It was an amazing night and celebration and we couldn’t have chosen a better chef than Jim to preform his mastery of cooking for our party of 9. Chef Jim prepared an amazing meal for our family of 17 to celebrate a 50th birthday, and everything exceeded expectations. We started with some raw oysters which was a great hit. The appetizer of razor clams was delicious, followed by a flavorful duck breast salad topped with homemade kimchee. The main course — Mahi Mahi topped with jumbo shrimp — was perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. Dessert was a rich chocolate cake with ice cream that everyone loved! Chef Jim made planning the menu so easy and provided great suggestions. He handled our large group effortlessly, and the presentation and flavors were outstanding. We had a wonderful time celebrating and would highly recommend Chef Jim for any special occasion or private dinner!

WOW! Just wow! Chef Jim is so talented. We just finished a 4 course menu for 8 people. He created the most incredible surprise menu for us. Not only is his food absolutely delicious, he’s an artist. The food was presented beautifully. He truly created a special night for us. Book Chef Jim, you absolutely won’t be disappointed.
