Red Fish

Great fish spot to hit while in Aruba. Tucked away in Oranjestad but worrh the find. Frsh daily catches are served. Ask for their specials. The staff are amazing!!! They go and beyond. Family run restaurant feel with a nice ambiance a bit romantic and nice set up. Ordered the croqet di calco (conch fritters), they had a nice crispy exterior with conch mest inside, delicious. The main dish was 1/2 lb red snapper fillet. It had a thin crispy batter exterior, lightly fried and you can taste the fresh fish that was good correctly, nice and flakey. The sides were very simple. Came with fried platano (I enjoyed it), french fries and plain steamed white rice. You should definitely give it a try!!

Growing up eating fresh caught fish from the Mediterranean … I’m “picky” with my fish.. this place took me back home and it was AMAZING. Had the blackened mahi mahi (not just a little seasoning like other places but it was full on with perfect flavors) and the grilled grouper was too good. Had to use my hands to remove the meat / take the bones off. The fish croquettes were good. The fried plantain were satisfying and the fried rice was quite good.

We brought our fresh fish that we caught in the morning. King Fish. They prepared it grilled, fried and blackened. Delicious. Service was fast Servers were on top of things. Price was less because we provided our own fish. Ask for their papaya hot sauce.

Well it is Aruba. This is the most perfect island! The people and food were amazing. We left our all inclusive resort to get to RedFish and it was well worth it! The food was fresh and delicious and the service was impeccable. When we go back to Aruba this very laid back breezy restaurant will be on our list again!!

First time here tonight and thoroughly enjoyed it. The calamari, deep fried grouper and seafood pasta were crazy good! Great value and we have lunch for tomorrow. Alan and Jean-Paul were super kind and courteous. Actually all of the staff were amazing and attentive. I would definitely come back here again. One of the best restaurants we have been to. Enjoy!!
