Went for 1 week wedding anniversary trip with my husband and 15 month old daughter. WOW. From the moment you walk in you can feel and SMELL the luxury. Absolutely blown away by the service and hotel. We got upgrades left and right. The room was immaculate, the food was amazing. Beach was gorgeous and calm. Food and drink service at the beach and pool was perfection. Best hotel I have ever been to, and I’ve traveled alot! I was nervous to bring my daughter to a beach vacation since she’s so young g but the staff gave her free toys, a fridge for her milk, accommodated her food needs, etc. I could go on and on. Will definitely be back to Aruba Ritz Carlton!!!

Amazing customer service from the moment we arrived until the moment we left! This hotel truly embodies what it means to be five-star, and it’s all because of the incredible people who work here. The Club Lounge team was exceptional: Zion, Min, Jose, Agnes, Celia, Aaliyah, Kiana, Gislainne and the entire behind-the-scenes team. Thank you for making every experience special! The Solanio team took care of us every single morning. A huge thanks to Edward, Janette and Rose for always making us feel welcome. The beach team — Smiley, Samuel, and everyone else who went above and beyond to take care of us throughout the day — you all made our stay that much more memorable. The housekeeping team also deserves a special shout-out for keeping our room comfortable, spotless and welcoming throughout our stay. Thank you for the care and attention to detail that made it feel like coming home each day. These team members deserve a 100% raise! (Seriously!) They don’t just provide excellent service; they take the time to get to know you, remember you, and make you feel like family. That level of genuine care is rare and it’s what sets this hotel apart. To every team member who made our stay unforgettable: THANK YOU! You are the heart of this hotel and we hope leadership recognizes just how valuable you are. We’ll absolutely be back!

This review is delayed- words cannot describe what an incredible stay we had from Sept 28 thru Oct 2. The whole staff is amazing/ friendly and professional ; creating a culture of excellence. A few to recognize Ray/ Registration, Haime/Bar, Jonathon & Brandon / Beach services and Paul / lunch restaurant . You and the whole team made our anniversary stay memorable and we thank you. We will definitely return to this impressive place. Highly recommend this hotel!

The staff is what distinguishes this property and makes for a great stay. Everyone we met, particularly the pool and beach teams, went out of their way to go beyond to ensure guests had an incredible stay. Gregory and Roel in particular at the pool were incredible. The food offerings are good for a resort property. The private beach access and pools make for an ideal few days of relaxation. The rooms are just ok. But the staff is what makes this property special.

Outstanding hospitality at the Ritz‑Carlton Aruba. The staff was kind, attentive, and made me feel completely safe. The facilities were clean and well‑kept, and the team works incredibly hard. Truly next‑level service.
