Location 10/10. Everything within walking distance Service 10/10. Everyone we interacted with was kind and prompt. Rooms were simple. Marina pool simple but clean. Taxi car service directly out front was great at all their locations. Flamingo island was a great 3rd location included in our stay. Ocean suites side (kids/families side) seemed to have better food? Larger pool and nice lagoon to wade in. 17% service charge goes to every employee and resort fee is per day. It was luxurious to us, close to airport/food/activities. Concierge staff & bellhops were helpful. Hospitality room could use an upgrade (couple chairs and a table would be fine!). Would recommend for the price 👌

Wow, what a wonderful hotel. Our family stayed here over Thanksgiving break and received such genuine care and warmth from the staff from the moment we walked in. The reception (on the Gold side) was so kind, thorough in explaining the properties, and even gave us some Thanksgiving treats. We also had the most wonderful staff on the fourth floor. Maritza is what truly made our stay so special. We arrived missing several essentials, and she went out of her way to provide them for us or help us find what we needed. Her warmth, genuine care, enthusiasm, and help throughout our trip will not be forgotten! As for the hotel itself, we loved the pool (it never got crowded), loved that the boat to Renaissance Island stopped at the Ocean Suites property, parking was so easy, and the food/drinks by the pool were great. It is in the most convenient location- everywhere on the island was about a 15-minute drive (max). We truly loved our stay and are incredibly excited to be back next Thanksgiving. Thank you again to Maritza, the front desk, and all the other wonderful staff members who made our trip so special.

I just celebrated my 60th Birthday with ten of my beautiful Pearls ( Girl friends) and Prince , (my first cousin) and we had an AMAZING TIME!!!!!!!!!! Memories was great expectation and, my Pearls and Prince, Beautiful island , resort staff raised the bar far above. Aruba is truly a Beautiful, Safe, and Happy Place. We stayed at the stayed at a the Renaissance Wind Creek Aruba Resort , adult side from the 20th to 26th of February .Some of my Pearls stayed on the family side , which I fell in love with because there is a bigger pool, Swim up bar, surrounded by the strip of restaurants and much more nightly entertainment. I will definitely back ,but I will stay on the family side. I would like to give a Special thanks to the following staff and Arubian resident, because we were Blessed with Beautiful hospitality.Betty a Food Service Staff at the Aquarius restaurant, Caesar the Bell Staff, Joshsmir at the L.G Smith Steak and Chop House, Jomar a taxi driver that stepped in and blessed us with a roundtrip from the airport, Resort, and the back to the airport in a quick fashion because we forgot something. I LOVE ARUBA

I had an incredible experience at the Renaissance Wind Creek Aruba Resort. The staff set the tone from the moment I arrived—warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making the stay memorable. Every interaction felt personal, and they consistently went above and beyond. One of the absolute highlights is **Renaissance Island**, the resort’s private paradise. The boat ride that leaves *right from inside the lobby* is not only convenient but also just a cool experience in itself. The ride is quick, smooth, and frequent, making it effortless to go back and forth throughout the day. Once on the island, the vibe is unbeatable. There’s a dedicated **adults‑only area** that’s peaceful and relaxing, plus plenty of space to spread out. **Pro tip: get there early**—you’ll snag the best seating and have plenty of time to get those iconic flamingo photos without the crowds. Back at the resort, access to the pools and shuttle service couldn’t be easier. Everything is laid out in a way that makes moving around the property stress‑free, whether you’re heading to the beach, the shops, or the island boat. And if you enjoy a great meal, the **nearby steakhouse** is absolutely worth a visit. It’s an easy walk from the resort and delivers a high‑quality dining experience that pairs perfectly with a day in Aruba. Overall, this resort nails convenience, service, and atmosphere. Between the exceptional staff, the private island experience, and the easy access to everything you need, it’s a place I’d return to without hesitation.

Gorgeous hotel with unique amenities. There is a dock inside the grand entry to the hotel that takes you to their other property and to their barrier reef island where you can spend the day with flamingos 🦩 They say there is an infinity pool, but it’s more like a zero clearance on the edges, not water flowing over an edge like what you may expect. The hotel room didn’t have a microwave, and there was only a small fridge. Would definitely stay here again. Gorgeous! Service at the front desk was five star! ⭐️
