BLT Steak

I am always leaey to eat at the hotel restaurants because typically the food is substandard, BLT was not. We were beyond impressed with not only the food but the service. We had Dennis our first time in and he was impeccable. He made recommendations that we gladly tried. They start you off with the most Devine pop overs that are light and buttery, just delicious! Dennis also brought crackers and foigrase which I never thought I would like but it was good. I did a wedge salad and the roasted chicken, both were fantastic. My boyfriend ordered the filet and truffle mac n cheese, I tried both and they were incredible. We took the leftover Mac n cheese to our room and ate it vold later that night it was so good. Dennis brought us a bit of desert to try which was wonderful! We walked out very satisfied and impressed with our experience that we went back a second time. I would highly recommend this place even if you are not staying at the Ritz-Carlton its worth the trip over.

BLT Steak at the Ritz-Carlton Aruba quickly became one of the highlights of our week-long stay. We dined here twice because our first experience was so exceptional, and the second visit was every bit as impressive. The service was consistently outstanding. On our first visit, Juan Carlos made us feel genuinely welcome and ensured every detail of our meal was perfect. On our return, Dennis and Johnny delivered the same warm, attentive, and polished service that made us feel like valued returning guests. Their hospitality elevated an already excellent dining experience. As for the food, the Colombian bread is a signature for a reason and an absolute must-order. The onion rings were unlike any we’ve had before—light, airy, and almost cloud-like. The porterhouse steak was phenomenal and incredibly generous; one comfortably fed our party of four, and when dining as a group of six, two porterhouses were more than enough. The branzino was beautifully prepared, fresh, and flavorful, while the crêpe soufflé was the perfect ending to the meal—light, elegant, and memorable. It’s rare for a restaurant to impress enough to warrant two visits in one vacation, but BLT Steak absolutely earned it. Between the consistently exceptional service and the outstanding food, it’s a dining experience we will look forward to returning to every time we’re in Aruba.

Great dinner at BLT. The quality of the steak was excellent and it was cooked perfectly to our liking. The BBQ corn paired beautifully with it and made a great side. We also loved the popovers they serve at the beginning of dinner — they’re warm, delicious, and you even get the recipe to take home. The cocktails were great, and there’s a very solid wine selection as well. Our server was amazing and really added to the overall experience, making the evening even more enjoyable.

First off, Service was excellent. Our server, Dennis was on top of everything all night. Appetizers and Desserts were fantastic, as were the sides. The only weak point keeping this from a 5/5 for me, was oddly the steak. I ordered the Cowboy Ribeye, BLT chars thier steaks, which is fine, but there really shouldnt be any unrendered fat on a medium steak. The overall cut of the meat was also fairly poor, and the steak was lacking sufficent seasoning in my opinion. It was still a good steak, but not to the level I would expect at this price point, from a steakhouse. I would still reccomend giving it a shot, the Carrot Cake alone might be worth it on its own.

Had a good dinner here. Staying at the hotel so it made sense just to try it. Porterhouse was nice. Food was excessively expensive but hey it’s at the Ritz. I enjoyed the experience.
