Aruba Marriott Resort e Cassino Stellaris

Just got back from vacation here (stayed from 7/8-7/15). I have vacationed at numerous locations over the years and this resort is hands down the best one I’ve ever stayed at. The service at this resort is 5 stars. There is absolutely no one on there staff that does not treat those staying there with the highest level of service possible. The rooms were recently renovated and absolutely beautiful, no matter which ones you get, they are large, cleaned daily and met all of our needs. The food is amazing at all of there restaurants. The beach of course was incredible and the staff working the beach make sure you want for nothing, friendly and helpful with whatever you need. This place knows the meaning of customer service and truly cater to the needs of everyone staying there. I would recommend this resort to anyone visiting Aruba and if we go back I will definitely be staying there again. Thanks again Marriott Stellaris for a job well done and making our family vacation a memorable one!

This is the perfect place if you're looking to enjoy both a beautiful beach setting and a lively nightlife scene. Everything is conveniently located, with a shopping center just a short walk away offering a great variety of restaurants and dining options. The Marriott itself is fun, clean, and comfortable, with an amazing staff that truly makes you feel welcome. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond, greeting us with a refreshing cocktail and helping us plan excursions that let us experience Aruba in a way that was both relaxing and adventurous. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more memorable, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. A special thank you to Zuneida, Chanyn, and Victor for their exceptional hospitality. They made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived and went out of their way to ensure everything was taken care of throughout our stay. Their kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to help made our vacation completely stress-free and even more enjoyable.

We recently stayed at the Aruba Marriott Stellaris Resort after starting our 25th anniversary vacation at a different resort (just to experience more than one property). From the moment we arrived, the level of hospitality was incredible. Bryan assisted with our luggage and then got us welcome drinks. Beverly was amazing at check in, acknowledged our Lifetime Titanium Elite status and was ready with our keys even though we were quite early for check in time and not expecting to be able to get our room so quickly. We received a complimentary room upgrade, which was such a wonderful surprise. After exploring the property, we stopped by the sushi bar for dinner - Romulo went above & beyond to make sure we had everything we needed & wanted. When we returned to our room, there was another surprise waiting for us — a beautiful welcome plate with fruit, nuts, cheese, and Prosecco delivered to our door. The staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated throughout our stay. I worked in hospitality for years when I was younger and I know it’s the little touches and thoughtful gestures that make such a lasting impression, and this resort absolutely understands that. Marriott Stellaris has hospitality down perfectly! Bravo to hiring the right people and to training the staff to excel in the core principles of hospitality. Side note for other travelers: it may have been the time we were there but the resort did seem to cater to a younger crowd with lots of party music and fun atmosphere. Nothing wrong with that at all but we were there for pure relaxation and actually were able to achieve that on our wonderful upgraded ocean view balcony where we pretty much started our day with coffee, ate lunch and then ended watching the beautiful sunset.

Aruba has been our favorite Caribbean island for many years, and we have stayed at the Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino several times. The property is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. We especially enjoy its Palm Beach location, comfortable water depth, and convenient access to restaurants and activities. Unfortunately, we experienced several service issues during our latest stay. I was so disappointed that, while waiting for our return flight at Aruba Airport, I began searching for a different hotel for next year—even though we still preferred the Marriott’s beach and location. After we returned home, Complex General Manager Raoul Lemmerling carefully investigated our concerns with the relevant departments. He communicated respectfully, apologized sincerely, and took meaningful corrective action. His professionalism and responsible leadership restored our confidence in the hotel. Special recognition also goes to Monica at Mandara Spa for her excellent massage technique, kindness, and professionalism. Problems can happen at any hotel; what matters is how management responds. We sincerely appreciate Mr. Lemmerling and his team for making things right. Because of their thoughtful response, we look forward to returning next year.

Excellent resort!! Within walking distance to the best restaurants and shops. The staff were great but Ludwig, concierge, went above and beyond to ensure that whatever we needed or wanted was taken care of. From finding a rental car when all seemed to be sold out to recommending and reserving restaurants or excursions. He even sent a gift to our room for our anniversary. We’ve traveled a lot, met a ton of people but can honestly say Ludwig is a genuine gem that any resort or business would love to have representing their company. He definitely played a major role in making our Aruban vacation much more memorable!💕
