We had a really great dinner here. Everything was really good, the food was delicious. And we had a really nice and kind waiters Jaydrick & Julian. Also the manager/supervisor very friendly. ♥️ it was a great night. Definitely recommend 😍

The restaurant is kind of expensive, but the main entrees are large portions, and you get soup or salad and breadsticks included with the entree. You can skip appetizers since you'll be getting soup/salad + bread before the main course anyway. Dipping sauce for breadsticks costs extra, so keep that in mind. The lasagna, fettucini alfredo and chicken parmesan was good, great taste, big, filling portions. Nice, friendly staff.

The appetizers were great, but unfortunately the entree was very disappointing. The chicken used in the pasta did not taste like real chickem; it seemed like packaged frozen chicken tenders that had simply been reheated. Once placed on the pasta, the chicken became very soggy and lacked the quality I would expect for the price being charged. I must also mention that we felt somewhat rushed throughout our meal. The assistant waiters repeatedly came to our table asking if we would like boxes to take our food home, which happened twice while we were still dining. It gave us the impression that the staff were trying to close the restaurant on time, which made the overall experience feel less enjoyable and welcoming. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I do not see myself returning.

We had a mixed experience during our visit. When we arrived, the restaurant was almost empty. We politely asked to sit on a bench, but the supervisor, Taina, told us it was not possible. While we understand there may be seating policies, the interaction felt unwelcoming, especially coming from someone in a supervisory position. Thankfully, Jaydrick provided excellent service afterwards. He was kind, professional, and made us feel comfortable again. We truly appreciated his attitude. We hope management continues to emphasize respectful and warm customer service, particularly in leadership roles.

Appetizers were at my table, moments from ordering even though it was a busy and packed night. Service was prompt, courteous, and exceptional. The food was incredible although the portion sizes could have been bigger.
