It's nice. Not a bunch of slots, two rows of table games that get crowded after dinner. It's chilly in there so bring a sweater. Friendly staff

Smaller casino but still worth the stop in. Decent promotions. Beautiful hotel!!! Support staff could be friendlier however the people who were actually rude were the guests to the main staff. Felt bad for the only lady working the desk being talked down to by some Karen wanting her to help her at a machine right then and to stop helping us with our players card. Be nice to the staff! Don’t be a Karen

Unfortunately, my experience fell significantly below the standards I associate with the Hyatt brand. The person who was serving was rude and disrespectful. Her tone and conduct made the interaction uncomfortable and unwelcoming, which impacted what should have been a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

The check in process here is ludicrous. Over an hour in line to check into a room is completely unacceptable.
