O Cassino Orquídea

If you want to just go and play for fun this isn’t the place, dealers have no personality. They have a 2 deck but it’s always closed if you win, I’m a good player and the first 2 nights I won on the 2 deck but suddenly on the rest of my 9 trips they didn’t have a dealer because they realized I know how to play. This had been the worst casino I have ever visited. The rest of my trip I lost because they forced me to play on the other table. Hotel staff are amazing though

The casino itself is great but holy crap the drink service was TERRIBLE. Our drink server was Oscar and in the 3 hours we were there, we got 2 drinks one of which i only got because I got up and went to the bar to get myself a drink. Neither drink was the drink that was ordered. He never got anyone's drink around us either. Yikes. Kind of ruined the night.

Definitely some questionable things happening at this casino. Yesterday, while playing roulette, the ball flew out of the roulette wheel twice. The ball was about to land on my number and all of a sudden, it was like air blew it completely out of the hole and out of the wheel. It was upsetting and other players were upset too. I’ve heard of casinos cheating customers by using air in roulette wheels, but never expected it to happen to me. Not sure how else to explain what happened, but we definitely felt cheated.

Very rude staff. We had a bad experience in the $15 blackjack table and with the lady in the front desk when we asked her about a promotion. Very disrespectful responses from them with a bad attitude after we made valid questions without any type of provocation from our end. We went there expecting to spend a couple of hours and have fun, but instead after 20 minutes we decided that it just wasn't worth to keep spending our money in such a rude environment. By the way, very small casino and not a lot of tables, so if you're not around the area then it doesn't worth it.

I lost a significant amount of money over 3 nights but nevertheless had a great time. Dealers and staff are great. Don't let the building exterior fool you; this is one of Aruba's better casinos.
