• Pick-up starts 30–45 minutes prior to tour departure (exact time confirmed after booking)

• Drivers must be at least 18 years old and present a valid driver’s license
• This tour involves off-road driving and can be bumpy and dusty
• Not recommended for guests with back, neck or other physical issues
• Pregnant women are not permitted to participate
• Guests may get dusty during the ride - wearing older clothing is recommended

• Each UTV seats a maximum of 2 guests.
• Routes may vary depending on weather and road conditions.
• The tour is guided at all times for safety and navigation.

• A cancellation up to 24 hours prior to departure of the tour entitles the guest to a 100% refund.
• Less than 24 hours prior to departure, the guest receives no refund unless due to illness accompanied by a valid doctor's statement.
• In case of illness, only the person who is ill will receive a 100% refund. Other participants within the same booking that cancel the tour will not receive a refund unless otherwise decided by the supplier depending on the circumstances.
• No-shows, or if you miss the tour because you are too late, and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity will be charged the full price.
• In case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances the tour will be rescheduled, if rescheduling is not possible or the new time is inconvenient for you, a full refund will be issued.
