General information
Join the most legendary afternoon on the Caribbean Sea with the Flagship Aruba Afternoon Snorkel Tour!
Newly renovated from bow to stern, Flagship Aruba is back on the water and ready for the new season.
What can you expect?
This is not your average snorkel cruise, it is a party on the water. You board Flagship Aruba, a 110 ft schooner and the largest sailing ship in Aruba, at 3:15 PM in Palm Beach. From the moment you step on deck the open bar keeps the rum punch and cold Balashi beer flowing, the music (soca, reggae and dancehall) sets the mood and the witty crew keeps the laughs coming. It is a group cruise, so you share the boat with fellow travelers from around the world, which makes it a great pick for friends, couples who want something livelier than a sunset sail and solo travelers who like to meet people.
Where will this tour take you?
You snorkel at two of the most famous spots in Aruba. First up is the SS Antilla, a German WWII freighter scuttled in 1940 and one of the largest shipwrecks in the Caribbean. Even from the surface the scale is impressive, with sergeant majors, angelfish and parrotfish swimming through the coral-covered hull. Next the schooner anchors at Boca Catalina, a calm and shallow bay with gin-clear water where sea turtles sometimes show up. All snorkel gear is included and the crew is in the water to help.
The rope swing finale
The highlight for many guests is the rope swing: swing out over the turquoise water and let go with a big splash. Most people go more than once. A premium bar with top-shelf spirits and specialty cocktails is available on board for an extra charge.
Book your spot online in a few clicks and get instant confirmation. This is the most popular Flagship Aruba cruise, so book a day or two ahead, especially in high season.

Frequently asked questions
The SS Antilla shipwreck, one of the largest wrecks in the Caribbean, and Boca Catalina, a calm and shallow bay with lots of tropical fish.
No. You snorkel at the surface above the wreck, life jackets are available and the crew is in the water to help. Boca Catalina is shallow and calm if you prefer an easier stop.
The tour departs at 3:15 PM from Hadicurari Fishermen's Pier in Palm Beach and lasts about 3 hours, so you are back early in the evening. Please arrive 15 minutes before departure.
Lively and social: an open bar, Caribbean music and an entertaining crew. If you want a quiet, relaxed sail, the Morning Snorkel Tour is a better match.
No, this tour does not offer pickup. You meet the crew at Hadicurari Fishermen's Pier (Fisherman's Huts) in Palm Beach, close to the high-rise hotels.
Yes, kids are welcome and child prices apply to ages 3 to 12. Keep in mind this is a lively party cruise with an open bar and loud music. With younger kids, the calmer Morning Snorkel Tour is usually the better choice.
