Refund and Cancellation Policy:

A cancellation up to 24 hours prior to departure of the tour entitles the guest to a 100% refund.
Less than 24 hours prior to departure, the guest receives no refund unless due to illness accompanied by a valid doctor's statement.
In case of illness, only the person who is ill will receive a 100% refund. Other participants within the same booking that cancel the tour will not receive a refund unless otherwise decided by the supplier depending on the circumstances.
No-shows, or if you miss the tour because you are too late, and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity will be charged the full price.
In case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances the tour will be rescheduled, if rescheduling is not possible or the new time is inconvenient for you, a full refund will be issued.

Not happy with deceptive advertising

We did the snorkel trip to Catalina Bay and Antilla Wreck. Which were excellent. Great snorkeling, GREAT boat crew, they were amazing! They probably overbook the boat. So the snorkeling tends to be overcrowded, bumping into other people in the water while snorkeling. My issue was they didn’t honor their 10% discount online. The code didn’t work for me after several attempts (I had 6 people so it made a difference). And when I inquired about it at check in, they certainly didn’t seem to care, or try to apply the discount as a refund or even offer an apology. They said I should have called to book it then. Definitely not customer service minded. Thank goodness for their boat crew staff, because THEY are all about customer satisfaction. Your desk staff could use some more training. Overall it was a great day. Just felt it was a bit of a bait and switch with the fake discount advertised.

Great snorkel and sail trip

We were on an Azamara Cruise tour (Sail and Sunset BBQ - 4.5 hours) About x30 fellow cruise passengers on the catamaran. Great crew (Jonny, Sean and Rahji) - professional, safe and personable. Good music, generous bbq portion and open bar after snorkelling. We stopped at two snorkel sites: one over a ship wreck where the water was quite deep and had a reasonable chop; the second stop was in the marine park where the water was more shallow and we saw lots of fish along the rocks along the shoreline. Snorkel equipment provided. Basic toilets onboard. We were also able to have a final swim at the last stop and enjoyed the sunset on the return trip, which took us right to the port adjacent to our cruise ship. 4.5 hours trip. Good fun and would recommend.
