This was our second time at Pincho's and it was just as memorable. Food is wonderful and the service was impeccable. Alma and her team made it perfect. And the view ain't too shabby either. Highly recommend. If you enjoy a dirty Martini they muddle the olives to make an exceptional cocktail!

We showed up for dinner around 630, and from the beginning to end the service was magnificent. The food was superb. We had grill octopus and it was the highlight, very tender and full of flavor. Catch of the day was snapper, very well seasoned also had the pork stuffed with apple which was also great. One of the better dining experience in a long time.

5 stars across the board. We had reservations for 6:30 for the sunset view (June) and it was nothing short of amazing. Everything was PERFECT ... the view, the food, the service, the drinks. I forgot our servers name (pls forgive me, he was the Haitian and Jamaican guy) but he provided us with INCREDIBLE service and was so kind, patient and polite. Our food was cooked perfectly and we enjoyed every minute of our time at Pinchos. I do recommend calling a few days in advance for reservations for Sunset seating as they fill quickly.

This was my first dinner reservation in Aruba and let me tell you, it did NOT disappoint. The minute you walk that bay, the hostess was extremely friendly and sweet. Our waiter was soooo sweet and funny and just happy (you could tell by his singing). The coconut shrimp app was delightful, the grouper fantastic, and the garlic shrimp and coconut rice was phenomenal!!! The lychee martinis were the best!! We were all amazed by this place.

Lovely evening in a perfectly picturesque setting! We enjoyed watching the sun setting and being around a nice crowd - not rowdy but happy to be there on such a beautiful night. The food and drinks were great with average prices. Beware of 18% service charge however - they dont bring it to your attention. So when you add a tip, you have added almost 40%! We would have enjoyed a more personable server - she spoke very little and never smiled. But our food and drinks were served promptly. Definite a must on your vacation!
