We just got back from a fantastic stay at Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort Spa and Casino, and overall it’s a great property. From the moment you arrive, the resort makes a strong impression. The grounds, amenities, and overall upkeep are excellent—easily five-star in that regard. The pools, beach access, and common areas are all very well maintained, and the ability to reserve chairs by the pool or beach is a huge plus, especially for families. Service was consistently solid. Staff were friendly, helpful, and the housekeeping team did a great job keeping the rooms clean and tidy each day. Food options on the resort were also a highlight. There’s a good variety with different price points, so you’re not locked into one type of experience the entire stay. If there’s one area that holds it back slightly, it’s the rooms themselves. They’re clean and functional, but starting to feel a bit dated. The carpet; especially in a beach resort setting with kids coming in and out; doesn’t make a ton of sense. Updated flooring and a refresh to the bathrooms would go a long way in elevating the overall experience. All in all, we had a great time. It’s a well-run, family-friendly resort in a prime location. Would we come back? Possibly; but we’d also be open to exploring other options on the island next time.

Everything about the Hyatt is a 10 out of 10! We stayed here for the first time in 2022, had our wedding here last year and just went back for our anniversary. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the property is just gorgeous. Everything is always kept pristine and the staff is nothing but friendly and attentive. While there are many beautiful resorts in Aruba , if you walk up and down the beach, the Hyatt clearly stands out from the others. You get what you pay for in the end and we will always be staying at this property when in Aruba. Farizah is a true gem and asset to the hotel, and Edith at the juice bar is also fantastic. Highly recommend!!!

The hotel experience has been amazing. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Plenty of amenities in the room. The hotel is right on the beach. If you get an opportunity to walk along the beach, you'll realize how much cleaner the beach is by the hotel. Although the hotel is about 20 minutes from the hotel, it is around a good amount of restaurants and activities to keep you busy. Because the hotel is on the main strip, expect to pay extra for anything and everything.

So, Myself and three of my besties were there in May on a long overdue girls trip. All I can say is one of my best trips to date. The resort itself is beautiful and so clean thanks to all the staff. The service was fabulous, a shout out to Willie in the breakfast area. Another shout out to Raul or Rauool near the pool bar. The beach was amazing, water perfect, pool the best, and room attendants were awesome. Oh the birds are doing alright as they told me lol. Can’t wait till next time, will definitely be back. Last note, the location was perfect. Walked everywhere.

First - my review is coming from the perspective of someone who expects value for price paid. This is a very expensive hotel, so expectations are high. Pros - it is centrally located on Palm Beach. If Palm Beach is where you want to be, then this location is excellent, and the beach here is very nice and wide. The grounds are beautiful, and the adult pool is stunning. The lobby is also very pretty. Cons - while most of the staff are very nice, I do not think that the level of service matches the price. The staff that checked us in did not seem to have a good handle on their role. We were not told that there was a daily automatic charge for housekeeping, and also an automatic gratuity for the bell staff. Therefore, we ended up tipping cash on top of this charge. We also had poor service at the bar near the pool. Keep in mind that this is a bar where the average drink costs US$25-30. Rooms are on the smaller side with tiny balconies, but beds are comfy. Finally, there is a reservation system for pool and beach chairs, which is quite ridiculous. You can reserve chairs up to four months in advance, and what this results in, is a lot of empty chairs that someone who walks up cannot use as they are being held for hopefully someone to show up and claim the reservation. For me, the cons outweighed the pros. Eagle beach is nicer, and if I return to Aruba, I will rent a place along that stretch, for likely half the price.
