- Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled game.
- This experience contains darkness, suspense, loud sounds and a few scare moments. No actors will touch participants.
- Escaping within the 75-minute time limit is exciting, but not escaping does not mean you failed. The real adventure is working together, solving puzzles, discovering surprises and enjoying the story.

Reservation process:
- Booking this tour will initiate an enquiry for availability. Booking requests do not guarantee availability.
- We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours.
- If there is no availability for your selected date, we will contact you to discuss alternative dates.
- In the event that no alternative date is suitable, you will receive a full refund to your card.
Refund and Cancellation Policy:
- A cancellation up to 24 hours prior to departure of the tour entitles the guest to a 100% refund.
- Less than 24 hours prior to departure, the guest receives no refund unless due to illness accompanied by a valid doctor's statement.
- In case of illness, only the person who is ill will receive a 100% refund. Other participants within the same booking that cancel the tour will not receive a refund unless otherwise decided by the supplier depending on the circumstances.
- No-shows, or if you miss the tour because you are too late, and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity will be charged the full price.
- In case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances the tour will be rescheduled, if rescheduling is not possible or the new time is inconvenient for you, a full refund will be issued.
