This tour does offer pick-up service for free. Free pick-up and drop-off is available for resort guests and cruise ship visitors, please verify while booking if your property is within the pick-up zone.

What to bring:

Closed-toe shoes and socks
Swimwear under clothes if you plan to swim at the Natural Pool
Reef-safe sunscreen
Sunglasses or goggles
Valid driver’s license if you’ll drive the ATV
Clothes that can get dirty

Know before you go:

Driver must be at least 18 years and hold a valid driving license.
The terrain is rugged and dusty - not recommended for those with back issues or pregnant.
You may visit shallow water spots; bring swimwear if you’d like to take a dip.
Tour involves unpaved trails along windward coast - expect dust and bumps.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

A cancellation up to 24 hours prior to departure of the tour entitles the guest to a 100% refund.
Less than 24 hours prior to departure, the guest receives no refund unless due to illness accompanied by a valid doctor's statement.
In case of illness, only the person who is ill will receive a 100% refund. Other participants within the same booking that cancel the tour will not receive a refund unless otherwise decided by the supplier depending on the circumstances.
No-shows, or if you miss the tour because you are too late, and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity will be charged the full price.
In case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances the tour will be rescheduled, if rescheduling is not possible or the new time is inconvenient for you, a full refund will be issued.

My wife and I did a UTV tour with Gabriel and it was the highlight of our trip, (for me anyway 🤣). Gabriel made it fun and super entertaining. I highly recommended their tour and be sure to ask for him! One piece of advice.... unless you are a very experienced ATV rider, I recommend you book a UTV versus an ATV, especially if you are planning on riding double. Many of the trails we rode are NOT for beginners. 👍
