We just spent 1 week at Costa Esmeralda and had a magnificent time! 4 of us stayed in beautifully decorated house #4 which had 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. We were poolside and it was absolutely perfect. The full size kitchen, covered porch and spacious house gave us all the amenities needed to make our vacation so wonderful. The customer service was fantastic, free parking was super helpful and it was a major plus that we could borrow beach chairs and a cooler to take to the beach each day. We highly recommend this centrally located wonderful establishment and look forward to returning again soon !!!!!
Great experience! It was for us the second time we stayed at this place and the experience was even better. The first time was six years ago. Now we went there with high hopes and they were fullfilled. The staff is very nice and helped us very good, in person and via whatsapp. We got free use of two very good beach chairs, a cooler for the beach and a parasol. The room was very spacious and clean. The cleaning was always on point. The resort is very relaxed with different pools. If you want a relaxed place with the advantages of an appartement and a hotel then this is your go to place
The room is a decent size for one person. They have a microwave, small refrigerator, cofee maker and a kitchen sink. The customer service was great. Needed a iron and they brought a iron right away. They have someone to clean your condo daily. They have a outdoor pool you can enjoy. The condos is a gated. It is annoying to have to use a key to open the gate and close the gate but at least you will feel safe.
Costa Esmeralda Village made our trip to Aruba incredibly comfortable. The hospitality was exceptional—so much so that it felt like we had a personal concierge. When we mentioned that we wanted to watch a football match via streaming, they even installed a large smart TV for us. They also provided excellent restaurant recommendations that perfectly matched our tastes, allowing us to enjoy casual yet welcoming spots popular with locals. When we went to the beach, they lent us beach chairs and cooler boxes at no charge, which made a huge difference in our comfort, especially since very few tourists seemed to have coolers. The location is another big plus: close to many great restaurants yet far enough from the busy resort crowds to feel relaxed and peaceful. We truly enjoyed our stay thanks to Costa Esmeralda Village. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.
Very nice hotel, close to noord, close to bingo restaurant, next door to papiamento restaurant. The smell from papiamento is amazing. The Staff is sweet and helpful. Rooms are comfortable. No toiletry items but that was mentioned on their website. Kitchen utensils are well stocked. No ice machine on premises, so plan on buying ice. 2 pools. Very cozy and tranquil. We will definitely be returning here.
