A wonderful and beautiful trip to Aruba. Staying at the Hilton Aruba Casino and Resort was very nice and relaxing. Overall, the majority of the staff was very accommodating and welcoming. The room was well appointed and very comfortable. The breakfast’s in the Luna Restaurant were delicious with lots and lots of variety. If you are going to enjoy the casino, it was clean, non smoking-a very big plus and the staff was nice. Otherwise, if you are going in looking for a Las Vegas or even a Harrah’s non Las Vegas style casino, you will be disappointed, it was just kind of a room with video games, about 5 tables and a small poker room. I will have to say, the staff at the beach, from the set up crew to the Beach Shore Servers on the beach only was disappointing as it felt like they were both understaffed. We had to look for staff to assist in our set up of our beachfront palapa on an daily basis and on our last day at the beach there was literally no one in site to take food and drink orders. Meanwhile, the pool staff was very attentive and always available. For the amount of money spent to enjoy beachfront palapa’s for 4 days this was disappointing.
The Hilton was a great place to go for our quick getaway. Lots to see at this resort with plenty of choices of places to eat at the location as well as across the street at the mall area. Personally, felt that with all the choices to go in the area, we didnt need an All Inclusive pkg. Saved some money this way. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had no issues. Although the ocean partial view was not worth it for the extra cost in my opinion. Casino was small but cozy. Food overall at the hotel was good. Pool was nice with the DJ. And the beach area was very spacious and enjoyable.
We felt relaxed and welcomed by the staff from the moment we arrived. Our spacious king room on the 7th floor of the Aruba tower offered a perfect view of the pools and ocean, and we enjoyed access to the Palm Beach Club. The breakfast and lunch options were fresh and delicious, with a separate selection for gluten-free items that accommodated my allergy. The staff was consistently pleasant and helpful. In mid-May, we found available chairs by the pools and enjoyed the spacious environment with attentive service. While the patio doors kept outside noise at bay, soundproofing between rooms was lacking, so light sleepers may want earplugs. The location was ideal, with over 50 restaurants and bars within a mile and convenient shopping nearby. We felt safe walking to various places each night.
Had a great time at the resort. Did the Aruba tower room 1719 Palm Beach Club. The staff was amazing. Vicky, Janice, Edwin and the other staff were super helpful and friendly. They knew our names by the 2nd day, gave us great recommendations and Janice got us a great reserved seat at Madamme Jeanettes. The view from the top was amazing as well. The staff made for an exceptional and unforgettable honeymoon. The food at the Sunset Grille was also amazing. Perfect lamb chops that cut like butter.
First time visiting Aruba and glad we chose here. From what we saw this location has one of the largest beach areas. It’s very easy to reserve a spot at the beach so there is no need to get up crazy early and fight for a spot. Palapas can be reserved the previous day starting at 12:30 at no additional cost. Food is above average quality and the bartenders are excellent. Will definitely be coming back here in the future.
