Very nice place. Only a couple things keep it from being perfect. The cafe downstairs has a big menu but the lady can't make anything but the basics. Frustrating. Walls are thin, we are trying to have a siesta but the neighbors were having a loud convo. No big deal but you can hear them clearly.
Nice rooms. Being right across from the beach makes it easy to relax and go back to the room when needed. Beach service also for drinks and food makes the day even better. Overall a great experience.
Really ruin my experience on the beach in Aruba I’m relaxing on the beach kept coming around and nagging over beach chairs couldn’t even enjoy the view of the beach and sun in peace hopefully they will stop seeing tourist as a cash cow also Thank you Latisha the food server who was very unwelcoming and rude my family and I tried to make an order and she waived us off walked away and refused to take our order would leave no stars if I could.
Location is great. Staff are accommodating. The rooms are starting to show their age.. very clean though. TVs are old and are not connected to internet so no netflix..
This place is an odd one. We booked it because it was an option through our timeshare program. However, now that we know what this place is like we will be avoiding it at all cost. This place is geared for the older crowd. The main pool was closed and the bar closes early (like early bird hours). Its closed to Eagle Beach which is its only redeeming point. My main issue with this place was their A/C policy. They wanted this on at all times which is fine but when we complaint that it was too loud and cold to properly sleep, they said they would get a tech to fix the setting which he didn't come until three days after we made the request. They still charged us a $250 AC maintenance charge that we are still trying to fight.
It is just across the road from Eagle Beach, about 75 steps from the sand.
Check in is from 4 PM and check out is by 10 AM.
No. Suites have a full kitchen, and there is a Tiki Bar by the pool.
Yes. It is a family oriented resort with suites that sleep up to eight.
About a 15 minute drive from Queen Beatrix International Airport.
