The Riu Palace Antillas Hotel, a 24h All Inclusive resort, is located on the shores of Palm Beach, Aruba, immersed in the most selective Caribbean atmosphere. Its Adults Only service, exclusively for over 18 years old, is ideal for a fantastic and romantic vacation.
A place to relax, with a free gym, spa and a beauty and hair salon inviting you to a wide variety of treatments. Perfect for those who enjoy the sun, offering free lounge chairs, sun umbrellas and towels, both at the wonderful swimming pool and on the Palm Beach itself. Furthermore, a complete entertainment program offers the possibility of trying out many different water activities: water sports such as windsurfing, snorkeling and kayaking, and even a diving test in the swimming pool. A golf course, bicycle rental and the possibility of interesting hiking routes are all available in the surrounding area.
The buffet restaurant invites you to enjoy the colorful Caribbean cuisine at lunch and dinner. At the same time, you will find different world flavors in the three thematic restaurants. At night, you can also enjoy RIU’s entertainment program with shows, dancefloor or try your luck at the casino.

Hotel Riu Palace Antilles is the best option if you want to stay on beautiful Palm Beach without worrying about paying for every meal and drink. The white sand beach is stunning, and the calm, turquoise water is absolutely lovely. Dining Tips: Breakfast and dinner are served on the lobby floor, while lunch is on the pool and beach level. Because the restaurants operate on a first-come, first-served basis, you should show up right at opening. They will hand out beepers if there is a wait. The steakhouse by the pool is by far the most popular venue; people start lining up for dinner around 5:30 PM. Beach & Pool Tips: Chair reservations start as early as 6:00 AM. Beach staff will set up your chairs once you choose your palapa. Unfortunately, many guests save prime waterfront spots and don't return for hours, which can be frustrating. The swim-up bars open at 10:00 AM, and my favorite drink was the strawberry-banana slush! Pro tip: If you bring your own tumbler, ask the bartenders for two regular cups of your drink so you can pour them in yourself. Amenities: The Trade Winds convenience store on the pool floor carries all the essentials, but it is very expensive. We spent the most money there on sunscreen, so be prepared unless you plan on leaving the resort to buy necessities! Overall, it was a truly lovely vacation and a highly recommended stay.
We stayed at Riu Antillas during our recent trip to Aruba, and this was actually our second stay here, the first being about three years ago. I’m happy to say we still really enjoyed it! The resort was very clean, the food was good for the most part, and one of our favorite things is still the location. Being so close to the Palm Beach strip makes it easy to walk to shops, restaurants, and nightlife. This time we booked the Ocean Front Suite. While the view was beautiful, I personally don’t think the room itself was worth the extra cost. It felt more like a standard oceanfront room than a true suite experience. A few minor issues kept this from being a 5-star stay. The shower door wouldn’t close all the way, which caused water to get onto the bathroom floor. We also noticed some of the towels were stained, looked a bit dingy and quite a few had holes in them! I understand hotels use white towels and they go through a lot of washing, but it would be nice if housekeeping inspected them before placing them in guest rooms and replaced any that appear stained or worn. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely return again. The location, cleanliness, friendly atmosphere, and overall experience continue to make Riu Antillas one of our favorite places to stay in Aruba.
Stayed at the Antilles from Tues 9/15-Mon 9/21. This is our 2nd time here in 2 years. The GOOD- the location, beach, pool area, food choices are all EXCELLENT. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The NOT so GREAT- Our room and most resort interiors could use some updating/refreshing. I feel the Palace side is much nicer. The pool bar drinks are very small and I'd say just decent at best in terms of quality. The lobby bar and drink cart outside the casino have much better drinks. Overall these are minor concerns and will not stop me from returning. But it does make me at least consider other properties for any future trips. I'd give RIU five stars otherwise and will most likely be back.
This resort is truly amazing. It's our second time here. The pool bar is a great place to hang out all day and people watch. You always meet new people! The buffet restaurant has amazing variety and the drinks everywhere are strong. Our room was very clean and kitchen restocked regularly. The beach is just the best. A 10 minute walk to Palm Beach village and there are a lot of restaurants and live music that is really great too. We will definitely be back soon!
We just stayed at the Antilles in the midst of the palace construction. There was 11 of us including five recent high school graduets. We all had a great time, the service was excellent, the drinks were good, and the food was good. I feel like people have to keep their expectations in check when going to an all-inclusive restaurant. It's not the Ritz-Carlton by any stretch of the imagination. It's on a fantastic Beach, the service was really good, and the food was really good. We literally ate the buffet almost everyday, because we didn't want to mess around with getting in line for the other restaurants. We never had a hard time finding something to eat. The construction at the RiU Palace was no big deal whatsoever. The staff and the bartenders were phenomenal the entire week we were there. We are not sure if we had great service because the staff has stayed on during the palace shutdown or what, but there was a great amount of staff on to serve us. I would highly recommend.
