My entire family and I came for my sisters wedding. Everything was amazing, sharity the event coordinator and the holiday inn staff went over and beyond to make sure the wedding as well as the stay was incredible. The bartenders, waiters/ waitresses for all of the hotel’s restaurants, and bars, as well as the entire wedding staff were great! They were all awesome, very friendly. Not one complaint at all. Holiday inn, I will be back very soon

The resort is at a great location. All Palm beach night life activitis on walking distance and the private beach access is also great with lots of shaded beach seatings available. Restaurants of the resort are also good especially the ocean side bar has perfect snacks and drinks, and breakfast buffet not bad. That said, for the price they charge the quality of the room was bit disappointing for us. Room is generally small and bathroom is tiny. TVs are decades old. Can’t access to any streaming application, and several channels won’t even work.If any sporting event going on and you need to watch you won’t be able to. I guess they can’t change the room sizes but should at least upgrade their TVs, Check in process and Vending machines up to 2020s standards.

Went here as a couple for our first time in Aruba. Can't beat the location of this place, and its more affordable than other hotels in the area. The location is very central, creating opportunities to walk around the town and have many restaurant options within walking distance. Breakfast buffet has a nice spread and was a highlight. Reservations are recommended for dinners at the hotel. Pool seating is oddly limited, but there are many available spots at the beach only steps away and chairs can be moved to accommodate groups. The hotel is older. The gym and interior is outdated but as a trade-off, the total space was nice and included a balcony (tower 7).

If you just want a hotel, where you break your wallet stay here, be ready everything is at a cost, EVEN umbrellas, $40 a day on the beach, they cant even give you an umbrella!! Rooms are just like motel 6, there is never enough chairs by the pool, so be ready to get up early to mark your chair. The restsurants were way better outside the resort, all in walking distance. So if you want basic stay here. And unless you drink alot, dont do all inclusive, the food there is not that good

Over the years, we’ve stayed at several different resorts in Aruba and unfortunately the only negative experience we’ve ever had was during our most recent trip while staying at the All Inclusive Holiday Inn Resort & Casino Aruba Beach from 4/10/26-4/16/26. We booked the trip through JetBlue and were given a room in the Sea Tower with two queen-sized beds. To our surprise, there’s a beach bar called Moomba right next door that turns into a club and plays obnoxiously loud music until around 2:30am. The bass from their speakers literally made the room rattle and made sleeping impossible. I went down to the front desk around 2:00am and was told “they’d be closing soon” and that there was nothing that could be done. First thing the following morning we packed up our bags and went down to the front desk to speak to a manager and change rooms. Manager Lisa Maria informed us that we would need to check-out, then wait till check-in which is at 4:00pm, before a new room could be assigned, but that she would try to get us in earlier. We asked for a room in a quieter part of the resort and that’s when Lisa Maria informed us there’s around 3 bars/clubs close by and that people that are “sensitive to noise” may not find the new location any quieter. She was very rude and implied we were just being overly sensitive to noise. We had to wait till around 1:00pm for the new room to become available. The new room she gave us was a downgrade: smaller and had two double beds rather than two queen beds and the balcony was eye level/slightly above the rooftop of their main lobby so we had the pleasure of staring at air conditioners and debris on the roof (dirty towels blown, etc.). We plan on returning to Aruba next year but will stay elsewhere. Overall, we would definitely not recommend going to the All Inclusive Holiday Inn Resort & Casino Aruba Beach. There’s a lot better resorts to choose from without rude managers!
