Meeting & pick up:
- Tours depart from the ABC Tours office, which is located five minutes from the hotels and three minutes from the Cruise Ship Port.
- This tour offers hotel pick up and drop off, select your location during booking.
- If you are staying at an Airbnb, you can either go to the closest listed location or go directly to the ABC Tours office.
- Please be on time for your pick up, or arrive on time (early) to the office.
- Please note that there is no dedicated parking available at ABC Tours. However, there are several parking spaces in the surrounding area. We kindly ask you to be mindful and avoid parking on private property. Please look for public parking spaces nearby.

Know before you go:
- Please be aware that you must be at the check-in point 30 minutes prior to departure. Check-in will be closed 10 minutes prior to departure time.
- Minimum age: 4 years old
- UTV drivers must be 18 or older and present a valid driver’s license, drivers permits are not accepted
- A $50 USD per vehicle insurance* for collision/damage will be charged at check-in
- Expecting mothers are restricted from this tour
- All participants must sign a waiver before joining the tour. For guests under 18, a parent or guardian must sign on their behalf.
Additional information:
- Passengers aged 12–17: May ride as passengers only and must be accompanied by an adult.
- Children under 12: May only ride in our 4–5 seater UTVs and are not permitted in 2-seater UTVs
- You can buy Goggles for $20 per person
Refund and Cancellation Policy:
- If you cancel 24 hours or less before your tour, no refund will be provided. You have the option to change the date of your tour, subject to availability.
- If you cancel 48 hours or less before your tour, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply. Alternatively, you can change the date of your tour, subject to availability.
- If you cancel more than 96 hours ahead of your tour, you are eligible for a full refund.
- No-shows, or if you miss the tour because you are too late, and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity will be charged the full price.
- In case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances the tour will be rescheduled, if rescheduling is not possible or the new time is inconvenient for you, a full refund will be issued.
