Double Down Sports Bar & Grill was an awesome first-time experience! The ambiance was exactly what you’d want from a sports bar—fun, welcoming, and lively without being too crowded. It was the perfect atmosphere to relax, enjoy the game, and still have an easy conversation without too much noise. The food was delicious and came out surprisingly fast, which made the experience even better. They also have a fantastic selection of cocktails, plus both local and imported beers, so there’s something for everyone. What really stood out was the service—the waiter was super nice, friendly, and made us feel very welcome from start to finish. Overall, a great spot with excellent food, drinks, and service. Definitely won’t be my last visit—I’ll surely be back again!
Awesome service and super tasty food! We lucked up and arrived during happy hour so drinks were 2-for-1 #winning. Our party had the truffle fries, maple bourbon porkbelly, short ribs and chicken pincho with shrimp. The food was seasoned to perfection, cooked perfectly. The only complaint was the chicken was slightly salty but we all loved the passion fruit sauce. Our server Gigi was very friendly, quick with refills and suggestions and made our visit very fun and memorable. A must try if you're in the area and want to eat somewhere with varied options for all.
We were there tonight for dinner and itt was 6:30pm and Happy hour was from 5-7pm , we got a bucket of chill which should be part of the happy hour but the server said Buckets are not part of happy hour!! So I should have ordered my beers seperately!!Really does that make sense to you? It doesnt make sense to me at all!! My first and last time going here!! Just watch when you order!! And they didnt have anybody else in restaueant but us!!I wonder why?
After reviewing their burgers and steaks the previous year, I returned to this restaurant to see how much they’ve improved. My family and I were greeted greatly by our waitress Farida. She took our order and as we were craving steak, she recommended that we each get a ribeye steak, as well as assortment of sauces and a choice of either rice or fries. I like how they’ve improved their dishes by no longer serving steaks on wooden boards underneath paper placemats as they now serve it on a plates which is more manageable. The steak was cooked medium well and it was flavorful and had a good grill taste along with the grilled vegetables. Fries and rice were great. The three sources that were available were chimichurri sauce, truffle sauce, and the red wine sauce. The truffle sauce was a good balance, I was not fan of the chimichurri sauce as it did not taste like chimichurri at all. It tasted more like a spinach dip or pesto basil sauce. The red wine sauce was the best sauce for me. It was very flavorful. It tasted like a mix of gravy and teriyaki that worked well with the steak the vegetables and the fries. RED WINE SAUCE is the best! Needs to be in a bottle! So overall, the food was excellent and we were happy with our waitress, Farida, as she provided great customer service and was very reasonable about my past encounters with the food in this restaurant and she’s glad that I was able to give the restaurant another chance as I was more happy this time. To celebrate me and my family decided to go to the bar and order Arriba Arubas, which even though is considered a sweet drink, it actually had a good amount of alcohol on it and was very well balanced. The place has really improved on the quality of the food and I would come back here again to have a good meal and drinks. Recommend.
Cheese steak was ok. Wagyu burgers were dry and cold and they forgot truffle mayo. When they brought it to us it was like tatziki sauce. The fish was grouper. That was good. Service was slow and it was empty
