Elements Restaurant

We had the Romantic dinner for two in a private Cabana , which is six courses with a bottle of wine included. The atmosphere is excellent, the food was delicious and the service superb. I had the seared pepper crusted tuna, caramelized onion soup,miniature garden greens with crispy duck,mango sorbet, Sautéed Mahi Mahi, cashew cake.

Parking was confusing. 2 guards at gate had different opinions of letting us into resort parking or sending us down the street. Down street won out. Once at restaurant, very beautiful beach front open air. I had an incredible tuna tartare with an asian flair. My pappardelle bolognese was cooked well but sauce had a slight vinegary taste. My husband didn’t mind it so I finished his delicious steak. Caramelized banana cake was very good. Our waiter was attentive and very thoughtful. Will be back.

Absolutely incredible. The food was delicious, I will be dreaming about the nachos. The drinks tasted like heaven. Our server was personable, helpful, and justade the night even better. Even taught us how to say thank you I'm Dutch.

We had an excellent dinner here, and it was easily one of the better dining experiences we’ve had in Aruba. Our waiter was fantastic. He knew the menu extremely well, made some great recommendations, and was attentive throughout the evening without being overbearing. The steak was excellent, but the pistachio crème brûlée was the standout. Perfectly caramelized on top, rich pistachio flavor, and not overly sweet. I would come back for that dessert alone. The setting deserves just as much credit as the food. We sat on the porch, which had beautiful views, and the live music was incredible. It added so much to the atmosphere without overpowering the conversation. Personally, I don’t think the cabanas are necessary when the porch offers such a great experience. My only criticism would be the burrata. The portion was relatively small, and the cheese was noticeably dry, lacking the soft, creamy center you would normally expect. It was disappointing compared to the quality of everything else we ordered. Overall, an excellent evening. Between the food, service, live music, and setting, this is somewhere I would gladly recommend and return to.

Amazing First Class experience at this restaurant located on Eagle Beach which was voted one of the top beaches in the world. Best place to see the sunset. The food was top rate from start to finish. Grilled Octopus Burrata and falafel bites were our choice. Steak was the order for the main course with both the Chateaubriand and Sirloin steak cooked perfectly. Their sauces added the final touch. Dessert was the cherry on the cake as we ordered the chocolate layer cake and also the Banana cake. Espresso Martini finished it off. Service very attentive. Christian was our server and made the whole experience first class. The hostess was kind enough to come out onto the beach and take a photo for us at sunset. Visited with my wife and son. He’s an adult as this is an adult only restaurant and resort. We come here every time in Aruba and will continue to do so. Always a great evening!
