Infini

One of the best tasting menu and chef’s table experiences we’ve had, and we’ve tried a few. The dishes complemented each other perfectly which is not always the case. The passion chef Urvin and the team have for Aruba and its story shines through in every dish. Service was phenomenal. Wine pairing was good, nothing wrong with it but there wasn’t any wine that wowed us either. All in all, highly highly recommend. Much better than Terra too.

This was an excellent tasting room experience. I stumbled upon this as a restaurant I had a Rez for had to cancel last minute. I’m surprised this places isn’t listed more frequently for top restaurant in Aruba. The food was all excellent. The presentation was top notch. Every person we interacted with was pleasant. We didn’t do the wine pairing and preferred cocktails and one that I had off menu was made perfectly. My biggest thing that made me love this place is I mentioned a mild lactose intolerance when I made the reservation (on the day of I believe). Every dish that was heavy in lactose was substituted for coconut milk or something similar so that I could enjoy the experience without having to miss out. I always roll with lactaid pills so I said it wasn’t a big deal, but they made it happen anyways. I tried my partner’s stuff as well and don’t feel that I missed out on the flavor experience at all. I will likely go back every time that I’m in Aruba.

We had an incredible experience at Infini. We’ve been visiting Aruba for a long time and usually stick to the more casual spots, but this time we were here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Infini was the perfect place to celebrate. We were greeted with champagne and sat in the garden watching the sunset over the ocean before dinner. The hospitality was top notch and the food didn’t disappoint either. Urvin and his team provided us with an amazing experience — we will definitely be back!

The entire staff was incredible. Jaime was the consumate host. I did the 8 course Celebration Menu with wine pairing. Every dish was incredible, including food I don't typically like. I am not normally a fan of duck but it was probably my favorite dish. The staff make you feel truly special. The presentation is stunning and each course was divine. Absolutely recommend.

We went to Infini on Saturday with another couple visiting from New Jersey and we really wanted to give them an experience they would remember. And wow… Infini did NOT disappoint! 🤩 From the moment we booked, the team was so attentive. They reached out to make sure they knew about all our dietary requirements, one of us has a shellfish allergy and our friend is pregnant. They went above and beyond to make sure everyone could enjoy the experience without feeling like anything was missing. The entire menu was absolutely incredible. The textures, mouthfeel, depth and layers of flavor were just WOW. Every course was creative, beautifully executed and genuinely exciting. Honestly, words don’t do Infini justice. It’s one of those places you have to experience for yourself. We were blown away, our friends were blown away and we left talking about the food all night. Huge thank you to the entire Infini team for an unforgettable evening! ❤️
