This is the reason to come. The bitterballen - small deep-fried meatballs - are the signature Dutch treat, and Bingo does them the way the Dutch crowd expects. They also pour Schrobbeler, a specialty bitters from the Dutch city of Tilburg, if you want to drink something as Dutch as the snacks.
The rest of the menu
Beyond the Dutch treats, the menu spreads out to cover most cravings: regular burgers, pasta, sandwiches, and more. It is vegetarian friendly, so a mixed group is easy to feed here.
Went with a group of 11 and the meal was delicious. We ordered two ribeyes, a filet mignon, the carpaccio, Caesar salads, and the grouper. Everything came out great. The drinks were just as good: a huge spritz, a spicy margarita, a regular margarita, a mule, the cheeky passion, and a chill beer.
The ambiance is excellent. It's a great setting for a group, and the whole night felt special.
One small miss. We ordered the seared tuna with the salad, and nobody told us it would come raw. The kitchen couldn't cook it further. I asked for "seared," so it was a miscommunication. A quick heads-up from the server would have solved it.
This place is an experience, not a quick meal. Plan on a long evening and enjoy it.

Bingo Restaurant was such a great experience from beginning to end. I ordered the mixed grill with filet mignon, chicken, shrimp, and chimichurri, and everything was cooked perfectly. The flavors were rich and balanced, and honestly, the chimichurri almost made me consider licking the plate in public. 🔥🍷
I also tried two different Cabernet Sauvignons, one from Chile and one from California. Both were good, but the California Cabernet completely won me over. Hands down, best meal we’ve had in aruba so far. This is our second trip here and knew we had to hit up Bingo since we missed it last time. SO GOOD. Atmosphere, amazing. Drinks, amazing. Loved the ambience!! It did take a while for food, I would give my plate a 6/10 it could’ve used more flavor. However, the brownie with ice cream and fries w/ their mayo was absolutely delicious!! It’s also on the pricier side.

If you are looking for a quiet, romantic dinner or a fine-dining experience, this is not it. And while daytime is great for families, later at night the vibe leans more toward the bar, so it is less of a family setting once the evening gets going.
What it actually feels like
Bingo gives you two moods in one place. Outside, there is al fresco but shaded seating under the veranda patio - the spot to be for a relaxed daytime meal out of the direct sun. Inside, there is an air-conditioned dining area and a proper bar, which is where you want to be when the Aruba heat is at its peak or when the evening turns more social.
During the day it runs as a friendly, family-friendly restaurant. Later at night the balance tips toward the bar side of things, with more of a drinks-and-mingle atmosphere. It is the kind of place where you might come for lunch with the kids and come back a week later just to sit at the bar with the locals.
