Fisherman's Hut

All fresh, local seafood cooked on point. Easily the best food I've found in Aruba yet. Pleasant, pragmatic space. Covered, open air with nice breeze at dinner. Shrimp cocktail so good I ordered another round. Added three battered fried shrimp to entree. Next day I had jumbo shrimp grilled. Staff work exceptionally hard to serve customers.

Great little spot in the middle of palm beach. Shrimp linguini was very good and the shrimp well seasoned. Shrimp cocktail super fresh. Red snapper filet was good but could have used more seasoning. Pina colada and Cuba libre solid. The atmosphere was probably the highlight with great decor, lighting and being in the middle of the palm beach vibes. Overall a solid pick on one of your nights in Aruba.

Our first time in Aruba, a friend recommended Fisherman's Hut and it didn't disappoint! First, our server Devon was amazing & funny. On to the food... We had mussels for an appetizer, which were delicious. I was intrigued by the barracuda & had it grilled with mango sauce. So yummy! My wife had the beef/chicken/shrimp skewer and it was out of sight! And the plantains are to die for. We attempted to make a reservation online, but nothing seemed available, but we decided to walk by and there were plenty of available tables. Highly recommend to others.

The restaurant is located on the main drag but still has a nice atmosphere. For appetizers we had the calamari, the flavor was great but slightly overcooked. My wife had the Coconut shrimp curry and said it was the best meal ever. I got the grilled lobster tail, the sides were great but once again over cooked. I guess just my bad luck but the taste was good.

Covered open air seating only. Had live music the night we dined there. Started with the coconut shrimp 🍤 was very good, but was only 3 shrimp 🍤. We had the red snapper filet grilled was cooked perfectly. The vegetables were a little under cooked. Also had the seafood garlic risotto was very flavorful. Finished with the Carmel flan. Was not what we are used to. The drinks were very colorful and tasty.
