Sunset Grille

Make sure you make a reservation, mine was 7:30pm, if you truly want to see the sunset, book earlier. The ambiance was great, outdoor seating (or indoor). The hostesses were nice, polite. Our server was great, sense of humor, it just took a while to get bread after we were told we were going to get it. Drinks came fast (wish they had more Martini choices), food was superb. Well done and seasoned. I was not a fan of the deserts. Highly recommended.

The view is absolutely amazing, but unfortunately, the food was way too spicy. I couldn’t really taste the flavor of the fish, and my husband’s beef and spinach dip wasn’t good either. 😕 The service wasn’t great, and the waitress seemed to be rushing us to pay. Unfortunately, her attitude at the end of the meal made the experience even worse. Also, the tip is already included in the bill, which is something to be aware of. The view was definitely the only amazing part of our experience. 🌊✨ This restaurant is located inside the hotel.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional experience we had. The complimentary parking was very convenient, and the breathtaking ocean views created an extraordinarily beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. Our waitress, Nora, was outstanding—highly knowledgeable about the wine selection and able to provide excellent recommendations that perfectly complemented our meal. The cuisine was delicious, and the wine pairing was impeccable. The entire evening was truly memorable thanks to the professionalism and hospitality of the entire staff. This restaurant at the Hilton was absolutely incredible! The view is amazing! We came at the perfect time, around sunset. The food was delicious and exceeded our expectations. I had filet with truffle butter and a baked potato. The shrimp cocktail was big shrimps! We sat outside to enjoy the beautiful view and atmosphere. I will definitely be back and highly recommend!

Our family and a large group dined here because it was convenient for us during our stay. While the food was adequate for the price, the service was unfortunately one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had. If possible, we would give the service zero stars. Our server, Brigitte, completely soured the evening. She did the bare minimum, seemed annoyed throughout the night, and had an attitude whenever we asked for anything. For a restaurant that presents itself as fine dining, we expected a much higher level of hospitality and professionalism. A few examples: * When we requested additional bread for the steak tartare (which came with only two small pieces), she pointed to the complimentary table bread and implied we should use that instead, even though it was clearly not the same. After explaining this, the extra bread took another 30 minutes to arrive and was so hard it was difficult to bite into. * When we asked about the delay with our entrees, she blamed us for not finishing the steak tartare, despite the fact that we had been waiting for the additional bread. At no point did she apologize for the delay or check on us proactively. * Throughout the evening, she rarely checked on our table and even rolled her eyes when we requested items. What made the experience more disappointing was that other parties in our group of nearly 30 people had excellent experiences with their servers. Unfortunately, our table did not receive the same level of service. Given the size of our group and the fact that many of us were hotel guests, we expected much better. Sadly, because of this experience, we will not be returning.
