The Casino at Hilton Aruba

Not too crowded when we stopped which was nice. Very cool and A/C inside which is a good break from the heat/humidity outside. Very easy to find on property. Staff was nice and helpful. They have different hours for slots, table games, and poker room so be aware of that depending on what you want to play.

Casino environment is nice and comfortable. The dealers are friendly along with the pit bosses, however I’m extremely disappointed with their VIP Club. Every day of the week, they have a different special for members. Upon hitting the qualifying amount, I went to redeem my prize. They said due to it being 1 minute prior (10:59) to the end of time (11:00), that they couldn’t do it. As a repeat customer, I would’ve expected something to make this right. I talked to managers, supervisors, and pit- bosses and seems as if no one can honor it. It isn’t my fault that their machines don’t auto update… from now on I will not be coming back. Not worth the hassle, DONT come here.

Out of the 7 Casinos I visited on the island, this one had the best staff and you actually WIN !!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Tamara was very accommodating, English only at the table was only concern, all dealers are professional, 2 tables usually every night, starts getting action around 7-8pm

Small casino but the resort is very nice right in the center of the high-rise hotels area where all the clubs in action is at night. It’s a nice place to check out just because of the close proximity to the night life.
